MECHATRENDS CONTRACTORS CORPORATION, a SEC Registered organization whose main business purposes are to provide expertise/experience and professional services in the field of steel fabrication and construction, technical assistance and consultancy in the petrochemical industry (oil and gas), Power and Energy, Food, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and other Industrial Sectors. We have a distinctive competence and capability to fabricate, install, repair and maintain pressure vessels, storage tanks, process piping, structural members, warehouses and other similar steel products.

Our President and General Manager, ENGR. ABELARDO C. PAPA, has an extensive experience in LPG and other petroleum-related products having worked in the petroleum & oil industry for more than 30 years. In addition to this, the men and officers of the organization have a wide and varied exposure in the field of mechanical engineering and construction and have extensive expertise in the area of steel fabrication and construction. Mechatrends, is currently holding a Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license for Mechanical Works category AA and is hereby authorized to engage in the construction contracting business in the Philippines. Along with this, we are a proud member of the American Petroleum Institute (API), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Philippine Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association, Inc. (PLPGA), Safety Organization of the Philippines (SOPI), Philippines Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) and Philippine Welding Society (PWS).

In support of the various fabrication and construction projects of the organization the company has a three (3) hectares plant located in Tanza, Cavite and with a total covered fabrication area around 4,000 square meters complete with all the necessary steel fabrication equipment such as a 400 ton Hydraulic Press, 3” thick capacity Plate Rollers, Radial Drill Press, Grit Blasting Equipment, Lathe Machine, Flanging Machine, Shearing Machine, Plasma Cutting, Tig Welding and others.
